Who's really thinking about summer professional development during winter break or spring break? Well I am!  The winter break or spring break is usually just the chance I need to spend some time plotting out my summer PD. Most applications for professional development have been uploaded and take time to fill out. I use my winter break or spring break to work on applications. This is also a great time to draft an email requesting recommendation letters.  Why wait!
