  • Resetting Forgotten Passwords or Usernames

    If you have forgotten your password or username, you must email support@civiced.org to request a password reset.

    For forgotten passwords, make sure to include the email address you use for logging into the site, and we will be back in touch with you promptly.

    For forgotten usernames, if you remember the email address you used to setup your account, share that with us. Otherwise, indicate an email address you would like to use for a new account, and we will create a manual login for you.
