Who doesn't love John Marshall and a good story about the Midnight Judges. Marbury v. Madison was a landmark Supreme Court case that made the judiciary an equal branch to the other two branches of government. This case helped fulfill the principles of separation of powers and checks and balances. The case established a very important power called Judicial Review.
One of the best readings about this case I have ever seen can be found the in high school We the People: The Citizen and The Constitution textbook. Students will find the case very easy to understand using this resource. You can find information at civiced.org
If you are looking for a video resource check out https://www.texasbar.com/civics/index.html
Both are very user and student friendly.
Great. Thanks for sharing
